A special shoutout to Bill Rutherford, one of the newest members (Red Badge) of the New Port Richey Rotary Club. Since 1984, the NPR Rotary, the largest club in the Central Florida District, has hosted this dinner to raise funds for our foundation. Past guests have included State and Federal Congressmen, Senators, County Sheriffs, and local dignitaries, making it a truly special occasion with limited attendance.
