Coming Together to “Paint the Night Blue” for Pasco Kids First

On Friday, November 7th, the community will gather to Paint the Night Blue in support of Pasco Kids First. The annual event brings together local organizations, families, and advocates for an evening centered on hope, compassion, and meaningful impact.

A Night That Makes a Difference

Hosted at the Kontos Community Center at St. George’s Greek Orthodox Church in New Port Richey, the gala raises essential funds for Pasco Kids First and its mission to prevent, intervene in, and treat child abuse and trauma across Pasco and Hernando Counties.

Guests are encouraged to wear blue, (the national color for child abuse prevention), and take part in an evening of dinner, live music, and community connection. Each ticket and contribution directly supports the services that help children and families heal and move forward. Pasco Kids First provides free programs including trauma therapy, family support, and forensic examinations for children affected by abuse or neglect. The organization has been a cornerstone of care and safety in our community for decades.

A Shared Commitment

Events like Paint the Night Blue highlight the strength of Pasco County’s community spirit. Whether attending, donating, or sharing awareness, every action helps sustain critical programs that protect children and strengthen families.

Put these together real quick, thought they might work as blog posts – I can edit them as needed if anything stands out. I was thinking of linking the congressman one up to the LinkedIn this week, and likely doing the paint the night blue the week of the event.
